SALES ASSOCIATE NEEDED TO JOIN B&H CONTRACTORS, LLC ROOFING SALES TEAM.
We specialize in residential roofing with commercial work. We assist our clients with insurance claims and recovery for losses caused by storm damage. We service the entire DFW metroplex and all surrounding areas.
We are a BBB accredited business.
This position will be responsible for meeting with homeowners who have had storm damage, which requires the replacement of their roof, gutters, siding, screens, and/or additional structures located on their property. As a Sales Associate you will oversee the project from start to finish ensuring the installation crews complete the project successfully.
Job Duties will Include:
Prospecting for clients in storm damaged markets.
Inspection of property and structures for damages caused by hail or wind, including roofs.
Ability to recognize supplemental damages.
Documentation and photographs of the damages.
Ability to accurately measure a roof and calculate the proper amount of squares.
Assisting the client throughout the entire claims process, to include meetings with the insurance adjuster.
Assist in all phases of the collections process.
Develop and manage new leads and accounts.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
Self starter, organized, detail oriented, competitive, driven, ambitious, highly motivated person with a Can Do attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Professional, clean cut appearance.
Not scared to work long days.
Must have reliable transportation suitable to carry a ladder.

Our commission structure is designed to help you succeed and learn the trade.
You will be trained in all aspects of the insurance claims process and our process of dealing with our clients and their insurance company.
You will provide inspections to homes, roofs, and other structures, assess and documentation of the damages, and maintain contact with the homeowners to ensure 100% client satisfaction. You will be required to climb ladders and gain access to roofs to complete the inspection process.
Our selection process for this position is very competitive. Positions are limited! This job isnt for everybody and takes a very motivated and self-reliant person to be successful. If you feel you have what it takes, we want to hear from you! Successful Sales Associates come from all backgrounds. A sales or construction background is not required. We have found that Waiters/Waitresses, retail experience, sales experience, insurance adjusters, customer service, or any door to door experience, have all done well in this position. The main priority is our client and their satisfaction.
A six figure income is very attainable and realistic for dedicated Sales Associates.
