Line Cook

Doma kitchen is now hiring talented line cook to join our winning team in our new Marina Del Rey location.

Conveniently located in the Villa Marina Shopping Center.

Our restaurant features delicious Multi Cultural Cuisine, made from scratch, Modern European and New American recipes, while using the highest quality local farmers market ingredients.

We are seeking a professional who has passion for food and an eye for quality, execution, and speed. Cleanliness is a must.

2 year min. experience is a must. All shifts are available.

Must have good knife skills and be able to work on your feet. Each cook is responsible for working quickly and efficiently to support the team and ensure that the chef's standards are maintained.

Requirements;
*Passion for food and cooking

* Baking experience a plus

* knowledge of cooking breakfast
*Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.
*Strong communication skills.
*Ability to follow verbal instructions in English.
* Fundamental understanding of sanitation, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
*California Food Handler's card .
*Regular, predictable and reliable attendance.
*Excellent attention to detail .
*Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers verbally.
*Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
