Prominent dealership group is seeking highly experienced Automotive Controller to lead a multi-franchise organization in the Inland Empire. The right candidate must have previous experience managing multiple dealerships. Competitive compensation and benefits package, in addition, to support from the corporate leadership team. Relocation package available. Responsibilities Oversee all local dealership accounting functions to include daily operations of accounting, cashiering and reception departments. Provide management with timely reviews of dealership financial status and progress to the CFO. Provide local HR support. Summarize sales and expense analysis to detect potential areas and opportunities for improved company profitability. Process all insurance claims and liability insurance. Prepare all tax and filing forms with the government. Reinforce company policies and adhere to all company standards. Comply with all applicable laws. Maintain, inspect and keep current all related records for compliance. Reports to company executive. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting, or equivalent years of relevant experience. Minimum 3 years controller experience in the Automotive industry, preferably performing duties on behalf of one or more dealerships. Must possess in-depth knowledge of ADP or Reynolds, Microsoft Office applications, and be able to quickly learn exclusive software applications. Must pass background and drug screening and have acceptable driving record or MVR. (EEO)
