Baltimore Area General Motors Automotive Dealership is hiring an experienced Warranty Administrator for its busy service departments. Warranty Administrators are responsible for booking, preparing, recording and submitting warranty claims to the factory and reconciling them accordingly. The position reports to the Service Manager and informs him/her of all areas of non-compliance and status on warranty claims. Maintains 100% compliance with warranty policy and procedures in all areas of influence. Job Requirements Requirements include: * Five year experience as an automotive dealer warranty administrator preferred * General Motors experience appreciated. (Cadillac,GMC,Buick,Chevrolet) * Automotive mechanical repair knowledge * General working knowlege of automobiles, their systems and how they relate to each other * Math skills * Writing skills * Interpersonal communication skills and customer service skills * Current driver's license * Abililty to pass pre-employment drug screening * Professional appearance and demeanor * High school diploma * CDK / ADP experience required EOE/DFWP
