ChefStable Catering is a full-service catering company that provides service for small to the very large formal event. We provide Food, Beverage & Service for a variety of events such as cocktail receptions, buffet, family style and plated dinners.We are growing and adding more staff for our Fall & Holiday Season.Candidates should have a flexible schedule that will allow them to sign up to work events mostly held in the evening & weekends.If hired you must attend paid New Hire Orientation & 5 Skills Training Classes. All training is paid at minimum wage and held in the evenings in a class room setting.Required Training (dates still being determined & Work dates 10-27, 11-2 and 12-1.The following dates are dates all require 25 staff or more. Service staff loads and unloads vehicles, set up service floor at venue. Will learn many different types of service. Must be able to obtain an O.L.C.C Service Permit & Food Handlers Card. Bartenders must have verifiable bartender experience.Ice Cream ScooperWe provide event staff for a popular local ice cream company. We train you how to set up, handle product and how to scoop ice cream. Must be a people person who loves to Smile! Must be able to obtain a Food Handler Card.Event Scullery StaffOn large events Scullery staff will rack, sort and stage dishes & equipment. Assists in loading and unloading of vehicles. Assists in keeping the back of house clean and organized. Must be able to obtain an OLCC Service Permit Assist in set up back of house.
