Call Center Development Agent Position Overview The Call Center Development Agent has the opportunity to assist customers begin the car buying experience the way they want to buy; online, over the phone, through texting and in person. You will be interacting with hundreds of Customers that begin as internet leads or phone calls and will work with these customers together with our sales force and managers throughout the car buying process. The goal is to create an exceptional vehicle-buying experience and to build customer loyalty to Audi Stuart. Who would I interact with? This position interacts daily with Customers, Sales Managers, Sales Associates, Business Managers and Service Advisors, just to name a few. What are the day-to-day responsibilities? * Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers throughout the car buying experience. * Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty. * Transitioning customers effectively from phone and internet contact to their in-dealership experience. * Using a consultative process to best assist customers with their needs. * Transitioning customers to the appropriate sales staff for vehicle demonstrations and test drives. * Prospecting through referrals and other creative approaches. * Setting and achieving targeted goals. * Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers. How will I know if I am successful? * Successfully achieving targeted goals of contacts with potential customers who have submitted sales leads. * Successfully achieving targeted goals transitioning internet and phone leads into the dealership regardless of whether they purchase * Achieving a targeted ratio of sales appointments to sales of vehicles. What are the requirements for this job? * Excellent communication skills both oral and written * Ability to work effectively on computers * Superior telephone, texting and emailing skills * Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience * Ability to set and achieve targeted goals * Demonstrated ability to sell * Demonstrated interpersonal skills * Organizational and follow-up skills * Experience and desire to work with technology * Valid in-state driver s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record * High School diploma or equivalent or some college or college degree preferred. What about training and development? The selected individual will receive hands on training in our computer systems as well as in sales and customer service techniques, and customer interaction. Ongoing training by our staff in our products and services as well as Audi certification courses are all provided to allow you to become the best you can be. How will I be compensated? The person selected will enjoy a competitive hourly salary and benefits. In addition, a generous incentive compensation program allows the selected individual to have exceptional earnings in addition to the base rate.
