Responsibilities include:
- Providing strong leadership and mentoring to the warehouse Supervisors and staff.
- Assisting in development and implementation of warehousing, inventory control and shipping strategies.
- Managing and overseeing the day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure efficiency.
- Coaching employees and conducting employee performance management.
- Updating and refining processes, policies and procedures.
- Develop procedures to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and utilization of the facility.
- Creation of Quality Control measurements to ensure accuracy of processed merchandise.
- Monitoring space layout plan to ensure all space is used efficiently.
- Ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of both internal and external reports.
- 3 + years demonstrable senior warehouse, inventory control and shipping experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.
- Highly motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time, exempt position.
