Responsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities.
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status.
- Provide personal care, such as bathing, grooming, toileting and dressing patients.
- Monitor vital signs, assistance with blood sugar checks and medication reminders.
- Assisting with ambulation, transfers, client turning and repositioning.
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Provide transportation such as running errands or taking your client to doctors appointments.
- Companionship.

Qualifications:
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields is encouraged but not mandatory.
- Positive and patient demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Good attendance.

- Vehicle with proof of car insurance.
- Valid drivers license.
- 18 years of age.
