We are searching for compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team. We are open to a part time or full time position for the right person. We have lots of shifts, both in the home, and at facilities and we are looking for a great fit. Shifts include days, evenings, nights, weekdays and weekends.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Hygiene and Bathing Assistance, assist clients with dressing, transfer and mobility assistance, changing bed linens, skin care and breakdown prevention, assisting in ambulation and exercise, health meal prep, and much more.

COMPENSATION

Hourly Rate: $10.50-$12/hour
Paid orientation/training
Full-time Benefits (30+hours/week)

To be eligible, you must average 31 hours/week continuously.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide assistance with patient ADL s and IADL s including:
Bathing, oral care, dressing, etc.
Meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry and transportation.
Perform and record accurate I s/O s measurements occasionally
Maintain patient confidentiality/adheres to HIPAA requirements, agency policy and procedures manual
One week on call for 12hrs a day/night.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Certified Nursing Assistant license preferred, or 1 year experience caring for elderly individuals
Must be able to lift 50lbs. and walk 250yds.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid Driver License
Dependable and caring
Strong work ethic
