Job DescriptionFood Service Director Business Dining Services AMERICAN FOOD & VENDING CORPORATION, is one of the fastest growing, national providers of employee dining, catering and vending services to corporate clients, including many leading Fortune 500 companies. We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Food Service Director. This management position that is responsible for all culinary and catering operations for a local Corporate Headquarters' located in Tarrant County. Candidates should have a combination of education and experience in culinary and management, with a minimum of 5 years industry experience. Food Service Director:

• Will have an active role in managing the daily events and operations related to dining operations, catering, finance and customer service.
• Responsible for food purchasing, inventory, employee schedules and client relations.
• This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working and managing people! Desired Skills & Experience;
  • Bachelors Degree in Culinary and/or Hospitality preferred.
  • Experience in both front and back of the house operations, manufacturing or school services a plus
  • Managing a staff of 10 employees or more
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
