Swing Shift Supervisor / Machinist

This position is for a Swing Shift Machinist / Supervisor. Swing shift works Monday - Thursday,4:30pm - 3:00am(four tens). There is a 15 minute overlap with Day shift to cover the current days happenings, for a smoother transition of work. Swing shift works as a skeleton crew, roughly 10-15 employees, to keep production going through the night. Limited resources/support, but higher skilled group trusted to setup, operate, problem solve, etc... The position in mind would be a working supervisor in training. The person would be expected to setup/run machines while learning responsibilities of the Swing shift supervisor. Over time, more responsibility on supervision and less on machining would transpire. Experience on CNC Machines such as: Brother, Hardinge, Mori Seiki, Citizen Swiss Style Machines, Tornos and Hydromats is needed.
