CNC Lead

Lead set up and run operator for HAAS and Mori Seiki Mills and Lathes, 3 to 5 Axis. *Previous lead or management experience a must. *Lean and 5S experience necessary. *Successful candidate will be tasked with leading CNC Production Operators in a high mix/low volume machining facility. *This will include teaching and overseeing setups, developing and maintaining best practices and maintaining a clean and tidy workshop. *Must know how to measure with Calipers, Mics, Height Gage, read prints with GD&T tolerances, adjust machine offsets, use Windows based computers. * This job requires high attention to detail and you must take pride in your work. *College level or on the job experience is a plus.
