The selected candidate will handle all the first contact with new clients and build relationships through phone calls, text messages and emails. The goal of a Bilingual Customer Representative is to take a lead or phone call from a marketing campaign, qualify the lead through qualifying questions, set an on-site appointment with the Business Development Manager, and follow through until the car is sold. Spanish a plus * Must have work authorization * Ability to work Full Time including Saturdays and some evenings * Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice * Possess time management skills and be able to work independently * Not be scared of the word \"No\" * Take direction well * Must like being part of a TEAM Skills & Qualifications * Strong in-person, phone and written customer communication skills. * Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications; CRM experiences a plus * Excellent written/verbal communication skills * Strong problem-solving skills * Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment * Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful car sale * Good time management with strong organizational skills
