We ll provide: Autonomy Work life balance and flexible work schedule Monday through Friday 6am-3:00pm Ongoing Support Extensive leadership team to walk you through the processes of our operations Resources On-going Safety trainings Technology New technology based equipment Generous Compensation package $12+ hourly, Employee of the Month, Compensation Step Program and Attendance incentives Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision after 60 days of employment and 401(k) on day 1 Qualifications: * HS Diploma or GED * Ability to read, understand and interpret paperwork, labels and mathematical measurements including using a tape measure * Machine operation experience, preferably CNC and/or Panel Saw * Ability to stand and be on feet for 8+ hour shift * Effectively communicate with leadership of any issues with material and/or mechanical breakdowns * Detail Oriented in quality checking every piece of material * Maintain a safe and clean work area * Ability to lift 50-75lbs
