Get a head start on earning extra money for the holidays! Join our Inbound Call Center team in Mahwah NJ and answer calls to welcome new customers. We are now hiring Customer Service Sales Agents for a fall campaign for one of our top financial services clients! The program runs from November through the end of December, but there may be an opportunity to stay on past the holidays handling calls for one of our many other clients!

We offer a range of full and part time schedules for work life balance, in a professional, fun, team-oriented environment. This is a great job for Students, Stay at Home Parents, 2nd Incomers and Retirees. Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but if you like talking to people on the phones, no experience is necessary. We will train the right person

Job Requirements:

  • Energy and enthusiasm!
  • Strong communication skills (conversational, articulate, engaging)
  • Basic computer / data entry skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours a week with Saturday availability
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age
