Always Best Care is currently looking for EXPERIENCED CNA s and Home Health Aides in the Hendersonville and Asheville, NC areas with specific location needs including Asheville, Weaverville, Swannanoa, Arden, Hendersonville, Mills River and Flat Rock. Responsibilities include assistance with personal care needs, companionship, general assistance around the home, light housekeeping and potential transportation to and from appointments. All shifts are needed including weekday days & evenings, weekends and overnight. CAREGIVERS MUST HAVE SOME FLEXIBILITY IN THEIR SCHEDULES!

Qualifications:
* Current CNA certificate for CNA'
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Clear ctriminal background check and drug / alcohol screen
* Good communication skills
* Previous verifiable caregiving experience as an In-HomeCaregiver or in a senior living community is required.
* Experience with clients with Dementia is a plus.
* DEPENDABILITY & RELIABILITY in job performance are keys.
