If you are someone who has the desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of a patient with a chronic condition in need of life sustaining medication, NOW is the time for you to apply. In this role, you will be speaking to patients who receive Specialty prescriptions for their chronic conditions such as organ transplant, cancer, and autoimmune conditions. These patients rely on the role of a customer service representative to treat them with caring, accountability, and empathy so they can receive their medication through mail order without interruption. Attendance is an essential function of our role in servicing our patients CVS Specialty is a part of CVSHealth, located in Monroeville at the entrance of Monroeville Mall. Our location is spacious and is accessible by car or bus from the Parkway East and PA Turnpike as we are located directly on Business Route 22. We offer a competitive wage which includes paid training. Training is approximately 14 weeks Monday through Friday from 8-4:30. After training, we are currently offering a steady 40-hour shift of 12:30-9:00 p.m. to service our west coast patients. This schedule would qualify for our shift differential of 6%. Required Qualifications:You need at least six months in a customer service type position. Retail, home healthcare, restaurant and hospitality and call center environment experience will be considered. Applicants must follow through the on line process and have solid computer skills with PC proficiency and an ease of k keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate on multiple applications since all pharmacy data is electronic. Preferred Qualifications:Six 6 months computer experience on a Windows based computer.
