Job Description Attention Experienced Sales People!!!!We are growing our team and have opportunities in Dallas! Custom Staffing Solutions Account Executive is responsible for driving market share and growth through sales and customer service activities. Responsibilities will include the following: Meeting weekly appointment goals and sales driving activities including cold-calling and prospecting. Managing a pipeline of clients and prospects. Providing a consultative approach to showcase our services and increase our market share. Facilitating full cycle sales process and consistently closing new business. Negotiating contractual terms and agreements. Fostering client relationships to uncover opportunities for account expansions and referrals. Establishing long term profitable relationships within the business community. Attending networking and business events. Providing industry and market trend intelligence to client base. Documenting sales activities in office software system. Requirements: Minimum of two years of staffing and B2B sales experience. Proven track record of sales growth and new business generation. Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques. Ability to cold call by phone and in-person visits. Ability to consistently fill pipeline with qualified prospects.
