We are looking for an energetic, passionate and career minded person to join our team and help us grow our In-Home Care agency in the Lehigh Valley area. We are looking for a Scheduler to help us make a difference in the lives of seniors.
You must be organized, able to multi-task, have good phone skills, people oriented, team player and dependable. The Scheduler will manage clients schedules for ultimate coverage by caregivers, answer and direct incoming phone calls and coordinate general office activities. Responsibilities also include rotational on-call scheduling nights and weekends as well as assisting in the recruiting and hiring process. We are looking for a sharp person with a desire to learn with the ability to adapt to taking on additional responsibilities as the business continues to expand.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of prior office support and scheduling experience preferably in a Home Care or related environment.
Computer efficiency in MS Office Suite and able to easily learn other applications.
Ideal candidate is extremely organized, motivated, independent and detail oriented. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
Sensitivity and compassion toward senior citizens and their needs is a must.
Requirements:
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Must be able to pass all background checks.
Successful candidate must have flexibility with availability nights and weekends on a rotational basis.
