Alpine SnowGuards has a job to do. Interested in doing it with us? We are seeking an experienced full-time Customer Service Associate / Blueprint Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include: Preparing, sending and following up on calculator based snow guard estimates.
Answer technical support questions over the phone or through email regarding product specifications, installation and warranties. Analyze blueprints and other documentation to recommend the appropriate products to our customers.
Working knowledge of the roofing industry and reading blueprints/roof plans is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment. Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs.
