Specifically, we need someone who can operate our printing production equipment, operate small bindery equipment and prepare jobs for delivery to customers. We also need someone who can work in our Large Format Signs Department finishing and installing signs, banners and posters. Job Qualifications 1 2 years experience operating printing production equipment and bindery equipment. Good communication skills, Team Player. Organized, Attention to Detail. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to solve problems and come up with creative customer solutions. Able to handle pressure situations, manage time and work efficiently. Experience with Large Format Sign production and installation a plus! Job Description and Responsibilities Operates digital production equipment to prepare customer orders. Performs mathematical calculations to determine the most efficient manner to produce the job. Operate additional pieces of equipment including envelope printer, large format printer and laminator. Works in Bindery Department to setup, operate and provide routine maintenance on most bindery equipment cutters, folders, drill, creasers and punch machine. Trims, mounts and laminates large color posters and banners; assists with customer-site sign installations as needed. Prepares and Quality Control checks all jobs for shipping or delivery.
