We have several opportunities for bilingual/Spanish positions in our Customer Service group.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for Customer Service with the following skills:

Customer Focus
Take ownership of each customer while empathizing and prioritizing customer needs
Resolve conflicts and offer all solutions
Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through relationship building

COMMUNICATION
Effective verbal and written communication with both external and internal customers
Document customer account thoroughly
Engage in interactive dialogue with customers through active listening
Problem Solving Skills
Fluent in speaking Spanish at a professional level
Make appropriate decisions on behalf of the customer quickly and effectively
Must be efficient on every call

Analytical Skills
Critical thinker and ability to exercise independent judgment
Accuracy and attention to detail
Required to abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures

Computer Skills
Familiar with multiple skilled environment, using multiple browsers, multiple tabs & window navigation
PC knowledge
Windows and Microsoft Office tools

Training Schedule:

Paid training, days and times of the training will vary. The Recruiter will provide the specific information.

Work Schedule:

All candidates must be willing to work schedules that start at 2pm-3pm including one weekend day.

Our team members must seek opportunities to take initiative, adjust quickly to change, have a positive attitude, and take ownership of their actions. Must be able to provide a one call resolution, talk and type a must.
Minimum of one year customer service experience strongly preferred, either by phone or face to face
Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction, must be able to sit for long periods at a time.
Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Fluent in English/Spanish/ including reading & writing
Ability to be detailed-oriented
