Responsibilities: * Performing requested repair work in a productive & efficient manner in accordance with dealership policies. * Performing Oil Changes & Quick Lubes in an efficient manner * Performing Tire Changeovers & Wheel Balancing * Light Duty Repair work - Wipers, Air & Cabin Filters * Repairing vehicles under warranty to manufacturer specifications * Test to check whether systems & components are secure & in proper working order * Maintain efficiency & accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles * Providing the Service Advisor with an estimate of any additional repairs needed Job Requirements * Must be able to pass a pre-screen drug test * High School diploma or GED ASE Certification preferred * Must have at least 1 years of experience as an Oil Change Technician * Ability to identify the problem(s) quickly * Must be computer literate & friendly * Must have a valid driver s license and provide management with a DMV Drivers Abstract * Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information * Ability to learn new technology & repair, service procedures and specifications * Knowledge in some aspects of automotive repair and maintenance * A fast learner with excellent oral and written communication skills * Excellent Customer Service Skills * Ensures Customer Vehicles are kept clean and treated with respect * Must be a helpful Team Player * Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work station * Ability to lift 50 lbs. * Ability to work on your feed for extended periods of time in a fast paced environment Skills/Qualifications * General knowledge of automobiles * Good Communication and basic Computer skills * Good Mathematical and Reading skills * Ability to learn new technology * Ability to learn new Service techniques and procedures Benefits: * Medical, Vision and Dental Plans * Vacation and Sick Paid Time Off * 401 (k) * Employee Discounts * Professional Continued Training
