Best hours in the Lehigh Valley! Our sales staff is open Monday Thursday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Friday Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Range $50,000 - $110,000 a year; Full-time, Commission. BENEFITS: * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401k * Paid Training * Paid Vacation * Paid Holidays * Car allowance Role and Responsibilities The BMW Client Advisor is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information throughout the sales and after sales processes. Our dealership seeks individuals with creativity to provide world class customer-oriented support.The BMW Client Advisor requires extensive knowledge of the BMW products and brand. * Promotes and sells BMW products: new and pre-owned vehicles, accessories, service, and BMW-sponsored events. * Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process. * Explaining and demonstrating vehicle features and technologies, and focusing on customer comfort level. * Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory information. * Offers highest level of customer service. * Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications. * Achieves center s gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction objectives. * Builds and maintains long-term, one-to-one relationships with BMW clients. * Serves as the first point of contact between the client and the BMW center. * Anticipates clients long-term vehicle and service needs throughout the client s relationship with Daniels BMW. * Promotes BMW standards for superior client, employee, and BMW center management. * Maintains high ethical standards and a professional appearance at all times. * Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot s vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management. * Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales. * Responsible for other duties as assigned and/or required by business need. Qualifications and Education Requirements * Valid driver s license and a clean driving record. * Must be able to operate both automatic and manual shift vehicles. * 5 years of previous sales experience selling luxury / prestige brand and a proven sales track record. * Candidate must be dynamic, self-driven, customer service focused individual. * Demonstrates passion about the BMW brand and our products. * Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections. * Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process. * Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone. * Proficient in basic business math including percentages. * Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs. * Candidate must have personal integrity, be open, honest, and can be trusted. Candidate will interact with others in a manner that builds rapport, and gains confidence.
