Field Service Representative - Full Time - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Field Team Representative to make a positive impact on our business, and their career. Our Field Team Leaders oversee our Sales Representatives at various locations across the greater Dallas Area. Our Team Leaders are energetic self-starters who are looking to grow in their career, while coaching, training, and supporting our sales teams.Responsibilities of our field team leaders include but are not limited to:

• Drive to selected retail within a designated territory, to set up and oversee marketing events
• Approach customers with new product and service options
• Educate and interact with potential customers to get them energized and excited about our marketing promotions
• Use strategic skills and techniques to overcome objections and maximize potential customer acquisitions
• Have friendly one-on-one conversations with customers in-store to increase interactions with marketing displays
• Collaborate with various team members, assistant managers, and in-store representatives to hit daily and weekly team goalsRequired Skills:
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Works well independently or in a team setting
  • Comfortable standing and walking while on the job
  • Great people skills: interacting with customers on a daily basis is a must in this client facing role
  • Ability to use computers and handheld electronic devices
  • Comfortable reporting to management providing feedback and constructive criticism
  • Desire to grow and coach others in a competitive and fun environmentPreferred
    • Bilingual language skills is a plus but not required
