Multifamily Finish end Assistant Superintendent - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionFinish Construction AssistantIntegrated Development firm with a long track record of Multifamily residential and mixed-use projects is seeking a Finish End Construction Assistant Superintendent.We are looking for a strong finish end assistant to walk, generate punch lists and turn over units.As a Finish Construction Assistant Superintendent, you will carry out a variety of tasks necessary to assist in the completion of the interior and exterior finish of multifamily apartment units.Responsibilities include working under the supervision of the General Superintendent to complete punch lists for high-end interior and exterior finish and some coordination of subcontractors.RequirementsAbility to communicate in a tactful and professional way with co-workers and subcontractors, basic knowledge of drywall finish, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, strong organization and communication skills, ability to multi task and take direction from General Superintendent and ability to implement and complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
