Minimum Requirement for the position
18 years of age or older.
Must have a reliable source of transportation along with a valid driver s license and automobile insurance
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires physical exertion such as assisting patients in transfer and ambulation. Regularly required to use hands and fingers, to handle, or feel, and talk or hear. Frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl or sit.
Occasionally lift 20 pounds and/or move over 100 pounds with assistance of a lift device.
Specific vision abilities include close, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
