As a Butler Toyota Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance work for customer and dealership vehicles. What We Offer: * Flexible work schedule * Medical and Dental Insurance with 3 different plans to choose from including a HSA plan. * Paid Vacation and Birthday Off * 401 K * Profit Sharing * Air Conditioned Shop * Large and modern service facility (42) bays * Clean work environment with good lighting * Modern shop equipment to assist in quality and quick repairs. * Modern and clean employee lounges with indoor and outdoor lunch areas. * The BEST STAFF of skilled technicians in the metro area dedicated to a TEAM environment with a willingness to share knowledge. * Loyal and Largest customer base in the Metro area. * Dedicated and Professional Advisor staff to assist in maximizing productivity. * Great career path opportunity * Ase certification reimbursement * Factory paid training * COMPETITIVE+ pay plan Responsibilities: * Receiving and carrying out Repair Orders as dispatched. * Performing diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs. * Providing labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services. * Performing high quality and efficient repair services for various automotive systems, including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning in accordance with Center and Factory standards. * Performing Quality Control checks for repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete. * Completing all required paperwork and documentation for repair services. * Maintaining organized, clean workspace and accounting for dealership and personal tools at all times. * Communicating directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees. * Participating in continual proprietary training/education programs to hone skills and develop expertise in industry-leading automotive technologies and processes. * Demonstrating behaviors consistent with Employers' values in all interactions. Specific Requirements: * Must be able to perform quality inspections on all models of Toyota vehicles identifying areas that need repair. * Must be able to perform general repairs and diagnosis on a variety of ares in a QUALITY manner. * Must be available to work Mon thru Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and every other Sat 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. * Must have a valid Drivers License and be willing to undergo a Drug Screen and Background Check
