Production Operator (General Labor)

Electronics manufacturing company looking for Production Operators. Operators may perform a variety of tasks to assemble Printed Circuit Boards and assemblies. We are looking for solderers to hand solder small components to a cirucit board. We are also looking for people to work in an area where repetitive lifting of moderate weight (max ~25 lbs) from head height to floor height could be involved.

No experience is necessary. We will train.

A good operator will have good vision, be able to read and understand written Process Sheets, work steadily and be attentive. Most processes are sitting, though standing, moving and light lifting are involved in some processes. If you enjoy detail work or crafts such as needlecrafts or jewelry making, this job could be a good fit for you. If you have no experience in manufacturing, including a cover letter sharing why you are interetesed in trying this job will be helpful to have your resume more carefully considered.

• Experience soldering is a bonus and could affect starting pay, as could experience with SMT or Flow/Wave machines. (Starting @ $10/hr without electronics experience)

• Full time. 40 hour work week. 1st shift only.
• Set hours Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:45pm. Must be reliably here during those hours.
