Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

The CSR/Dispatcher is responsible for the overall scheduling of all appointments, including Service, Maintenance, HCD and Specialty Calls. The CSR/Dispatcher is also responsible for answering phones, dispatching appointments, customer satisfaction surveys, logistical support for technicians, and providing excellent communication. AS any job, there are additional responsibilities associated with daily activities, but these will come at a later date and based upon training progression.
