We Can Fix That.com ABOUT CREATIVE COLORS INTERNATIONAL Creative Colors International, Inc. is the industry leader in repairing scratches, cuts, tears, burns in all leather, vinyl, velour, and plastic surfaces, primarily providing these services to the automotive, furniture, commercial and residential markets. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and maintain customer accounts in a specified territory * Show samples of repairs, explain quality of repair and distribute marketing literature explaining service and/or products * Inspect areas for work and receive approval for repairs * Repair all approved work * Prepare invoices for all service orders * Investigate and solve customer problems * Track and maintain van inventory * 6 weeks of training provided - 2 weeks in Mokena, IL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: * Ability to work well without any day-to-day supervision * Strong attention to detail * Persistent, hard working * Good people skills * Strong oral communication skills * Polite, respectful demeanor * Honest, loyal * Outgoing personality * Self starter * Money motivated * Hands-on problem solving experience * Capability to work in all weather conditions * A valid driver s license * May not be colorblind * Must be agile; able to frequently stand and walk, enter and exit vehicles, boats, RVs, etc. with ease. * Able to work mostly M-F, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Additional hours may be required to complete a task. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: * Past experience in customer service industry preferred * Must possess high school diploma or equivalent * Vehicle, fuel, materials & uniform allowance will be provided * Satisfactory completion of six-week minimum apprentice program required * Must complete two-week CCI technical training class where candidate will be taught all the key tasks and responsibilities for this position. All expenses paid for travel and lodging. * Candidate must pass drug test, background check and driving record check. COMPENSATION: A training wage will be paid through the completion of training then will transition into a commission structure with unlimited income potential.
