The Inbound Sales Specialist position with British Swim School is very often the first point of contact between our customers and our business. You are a call center professional who performs inbound call responsibilities as well as outbound call efforts. Key Responsibilities * Answer inbound calls, addressing all customer questions and concerns in a courteous manner and converting potential customers to customers. * Strategically capture additional potential revenue opportunities (ie. second lesson/week, sibling & parent lessons, etc.) * Learn and manage JackRabbit computer software (input transactions, review and post tuition fees, gather credit card/bank draft information, instruction waivers, lessons waitlist, web registration, customer information updates, etc.) * Perform outbound calls to to day care centers, preschools, mothers groups, etc. in conjunction with marketing initiatives. * Review and respond to new email inquiries. * Review call analytics. Key Metrics You May Impact * Multi-day enrollments * Parent and sibling enrollments * Caller satisfaction Other Key Tasks * Develop and implement a strategy and scripting for various instances, including new callers, safety partnerships, Splashapaloozas, multi-day enrollments, parent and sibling enrollments, and drop requests. * Process payment changes, move-ups and transfers in JackRabbit software. Update credit card expiration/other payment information as needed. * Maintain/update database of marketing opportunities, including events and direct marketing. * Maintain awareness of current promotional offers. * Recommend additional classes and class optimization opportunities. * Send nightly reports as requested. * Communicate to parents when class cancelations occur. * If needed, perform marketing functions, such as outreach meetings and events. * If needed, serve as backup site ambassador Status: Full time Base + Commission Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Develops expertise in transactional aspects of JackRabbit Software * Call-center sales ability * Responsible and professional * Strong customer service skills Qualifications: * Phone Sales Experience of at least 1 year * High school education or equivalent * Previous experience working in a call-center environment
