As part of our new Digital Center of Excellence, the Marketing Specialist, CRM will be responsible for the data management and reporting for Salesforce.com and related systems. In this role, you will work closely with marketing and admissions in providing support and expertise in inquiry flow and assignment.


  • Daily data administration in our CRM tools including, but not limited to: confirming that leads from all sources are being processed correctly based on business rules, making changes to the lead routing rules and form posting instructions, building standard reports for distribution to stakeholders, creating campaigns, setting up events
  • Daily use of Salesforce.com and an understanding of inquiry routing logic
  • Executes standard reporting for the department
  • Prepares ad hoc reports and generates lists as requested in various formats
  • Works with various stakeholders to perform user acceptance testing
  • Ensures data integrity is being maintained in Salesforce.com and other upstream systems by auditing data to identify opportunities, then recommending and implementing data quality best practices
  • Oversees key data updates for reporting, audit, data integrity and lead tracking initiatives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to facilitate data transfer for marketing initiatives
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience working with Salesforce.com.
  • Salesforce.com administrator certification a plus.
  • Experience with web service tools and how they interact with CRM. Hands-on experience with Sparkroom a plus.
  • Experience with data management and ability to analyze data sets to identify trends or errors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and excel with little guidance and supervision.
  • PC skills in Microsoft Office, database software, reporting software and Excel are required.
