About this job

The Call Center Trainer I position is responsible for applying instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory and all aspects of project management to develop training and performance support solutions for varying business needs. This position will design, develop, implement and evaluate training programs for the business, including employee orientation, as well as new products and services. This position is responsible for the timely production and accurate maintenance of training materials, manuals, resources and process documentation.


Responsibilities
  • Degree in education, adult learning, or related field; or equivalent related work experience
  • 1-3 years adult learning experience
  • Ability to learn and use new systems quickly (including, but not limited to: industry/company applications, InDesign, ShagIt, Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical, technical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate Emotional Intelligence to build interpersonal relationships
  • Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of adult learning, and training program design and development
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
  • Degree in education, adult learning, or related field; or equivalent related work experience
  • Preferred: Experience developing computer based training with Captivate, Articulate, and PowerPoint
