PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Caregiver Education Program Lead will spearhead the development of proprietary BrightStar Care educational programs for local agencies to aide in their recruiting and retention efforts. Reporting to the VP Talent Management, this is an exciting position, focused on assisting over 300 franchise offices. This position is located in the Gurnee, Illinois location and does not allow remote work opportunities. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct state-specific research on caregiver certifications to influence the creation of our field staff educational programs as it relates to Recruiting and Retention efforts Create partnerships with the Board of Nursing and/or the Department of Health to assess nationwide and state-specific filing regulations Create and design proprietary educational resources and tools to aide our franchisees with recruiting efforts Create and lead training courses for BrightStar Care agency personnel Occasional travel to local agencies to implement new training program Analyze data and prepare reporting on current program goals and progress Works with the BSC Clinical, Technology and Operations Teams to ensure cross-pollination of the work of said teams with the Talent Management Team Analyze data and prepare reporting on HR trends and new project suggestions Coach franchisees to drive accountability in their agencies Gather and share regional best practices and strategies through regular contacts with local agency HR leadership Travel: Perhaps 20% or as directed based on the needs of the business, the needs of our franchisee customers, various staff needs and attending job required training and conferences.
