CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant / CHHA - Certified Home Health Aide - Full-time / Part-time

You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and provide personal care services for our clients in their homes. Work as many or as few hours as you want; we have opportunities across Worcester County and Metro West. Our independently owned and operated team is looking for high-energy caregivers to work nights, days, weekends and/or holidays. Benefits * Weekly pay with direct deposit * $50 sign on incentive bonus * Competitive pay with weekly incentive bonus * Referral bonuses * Paid orientation * Paid sick time * Free continuing education * Fantastic Nursing support * Flexible shifts including days, evenings, overnights and weekends * One to one patient care * Health insurance Responsibilities * Provide one-on-one personal care as directed such as: bathing, toileting, grooming, oral care, dressing, ambulating, meal preparation, feeding, linen changes, light housekeeping * Provide companionship and help clients live their lives to their fullest potential * Take and record vital signs as well as height and weight, if necessary * Provide transportation as needed to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, shopping, etc. * Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care per BrightStar s Plan of Care, policies and procedures * Ensure client s rights are maintained including confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines * Comply with all documentation & record keeping requirements * Communicate with nursing and office team in a timely manner Requirements * High school diploma or GED * Minimum one (1) year of documented experience is required * Certification as a C.N.A or Home Health Aide * Certified in CPR * Negative PPD or chest x-ray as well as documented immunization history * Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile * Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
