Requirements * Maintain a weekly lead generation and cold calling cycle for new business funnel * Follow up within 24 hours of receiving an inbound lead with a phone call for all Vetted leads * Quickly build rapport in order to develop relationships and credibility with customers * Introduce and position products and services to new prospects in order to generate solid new business leads * Utilize all available tools that pertain specifically to prospects needs in order to present Cosmetic Solutions as a viable business solution * Conduct on-going regular business assessments with the clients including a review of their current SKU s, revenue history and sales trends in order to strategize a greater product presence * Establish and implement sell through strategies in order to ensure successful re-orders and sales volume growth * Train and motivate customers on technology and positioning of products for greater sell through success * Successful launch new products to the market when they become available * Accurately generate quotes, sales orders and invoices for new and existing customers * Maintain detailed notes and customer profiles within NetSuite * Maintain a positive, professional manner and attitude in all business dealings * Provide the Director of Sales with new account forecasts, weekly activity tracking, and KPI report * Track and be up to date on all account activities and prepare monthly plans on your accounts to improve negatively performing accounts and also increase positive performing accounts. * Meet and/or exceed the assigned sales goals and KPI s assigned by management Experience * 5+ years sales experience, preferably as an inside sales representative * Private label and/or skincare experience a plus * Excellent Communications Skills * Ability to collaborate and work well in a small team environment * Looking for a new business closer * Work cross functionally with numerous departments * Computer Skills; Proficient in Microsoft office, outlook, and CRM Your core competencies and characteristics should include: * High energy, enthusiasm and a positive can-do! attitude in the face of challenges. * Consistency of positive behavior and productive output. * Polished interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization. * Exceptional writing, presentation, organizational and communication skills. * Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a changing/evolving environment. * The ability to project professionalism and understanding in all customer-facing situations. * The ability to understand marketing as a function of sales support and business growth
