Long Term Caregiver Opportunity in Huntington Beach, CA , 9 pm to 7 am, 4 nights available The caregiver is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client s needs. The caregiver is responsible for observing clients, documenting observations and care performed, then reporting to the home care team. Position Requirements * Provide client care as directed by the Director of Nursing or registered nurse supervisor * Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) to include: * Assistance with dressing and undressing * Assist client in the self -administration of medication (medication reminders') * Perform light housekeeping * Ambulation assistance * Follow principles of infection control and Universal Precautions * Assist in providing a safe environment and promote quality patient care though adherence to established policies, procedures and standards Qualifications: * Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience required * Current HCA number (To ensure a quicker start date) * Willing to work the shift on a long term basis Benefits * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Free CEUs (CNAs , CHHAs ) * Consistent shifts * Referral Bonus * Paid sick time * 24/7 friendly staff support, so you are never alone
