We are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience with emphasis in caring for the elderly. We can provide the training that is required.
Qualified candidates with current CNA or HCA certificates are desired but not required; individuals without certification are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements for this position include
Must have a minimum of 1+ year experience as a caregiver or life experience in a care giving role.
Successfully demonstrated you skills on the job.
Demonstrate compassion for the elderly and people with disabilities.
Communicate clearly with the client
Complete HCA/CNA Training within 120 days/License 200 days from hire date
The ability to read and write and follow directions.
The ability to recognize changes in the client s behavior and physical abilities that are not normal and communicate those changes in writing and through conversation with the office.
Be able to respond to an emergency.
Other duties that may perform include:
- Perform Light housekeeping
- Perform meal planning and prepare meals
- Assist with laundry
- Change and launder sheets
- Medication assistance
- Hands on assist with bathing/body care
- Assist with transferring
- Assist client with recording blood pressure, pulse, weight
Other requirements are excellent communication skills, flexibly and reliable transportation. Must have the ability to pass an extensive background check and able to provide 3 professional references and 2 personal references.
