community kitchen is looking for an experienced baker to join our team. We re looking for a positive, hard working baker to help with the production of:
*laminated dough products
*tarts
*biscuits
*mini cakes
*scones
* financiers
*individual buckles,
* individual clafoutis
*etc...
All baked from scratch.
Applicants must have experience with a sheeter and the production of laminated dough. Applicant must also be able to work in a busy environment at a consistent and organized manner.
We re looking for a talented team player who has at least 1 year pastry production experience. Qualifications include:
*laminated dough knowledge
*ability to operate a dough sheeter
*abiliy to follow recipes and to follow them by weight
*excellent attitude
*organized
*consistent
*able to lift 50 plus pounds
Payrate commensurate with experience.
