We offer flexible start dates with flexible shifts throughout the East Bay * Livermore * Danville and Alamo * Concord and Clayton * Antioch and Brentwood * Oakland and Berkeley * Richmond and El Cerrito What we offer: * Competitive hourly rates starting at $14/hour for caregivers and $15/hour for CNAs * Paid orientation and trainings * Mileage reimbursement for transportation * Direct deposit and weekly pay * 401K * 24 hour on call support * Make a difference in a senior's life * Flexible schedules Essential Functions: * Provides general attention to clients non-medical needs, including assistance with personal care tasks (grooming, bathing, incontinence) * Actively engage and interact with the client * Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks * Meal preparation and cooking * Transportation as needed to errands, doctors appointments, etc. * Accompanies client on walks, community trips, doctor s office, bank, beauty salons, etc. * Reminds client to take self-administered medications. * Observes and document any changes in the client s mental, physical, or emotional condition We are looking for exceptional Caregivers who: * Feel a passion for caregiving and want to help others * Have a commitment to being there when needed * Place a priority on quality care and who treat every client as if they were their own family * Want to be treated by us as a valuable part of our team Caregiver Job Requirements: * Valid Driver s License and reliable transportation * Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment * Open availability (be able to work various shifts, nights or weekends) * Team player who values friends and family * Must be able to pass a national background check * Registered home care aide ( We assist with application and live scan process) If you are a caregiver who is willing to work, is dependable and passionate about helping others, we would love to speak to you!
