CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) / HHA (Home Health Assistant) - Full-time / Part-time

ComForCare is a Licensed Home Care Agency that assists individuals in the community to live independently and safely by providing in home care services. We service 4 counties: Beaufort County, Jasper County, Hampton County & Colleton County. We are looking for compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) & Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan. Duties and Responsibilities: * Performs home management tasks including housekeeping, laundry, shopping and errands * Prepares and serves simple modified diets according to instruction * Assists with bathing, dressing and grooming * Assists with toileting (commode, toilet or incontinent care) * Assists with transfers and ambulation including use of cane, walker, and wheelchair * Assists with medication reminders * Provides routine skin care * Provides companionship and basic emotional or psychological support * Completes all other duties as assigned within the scope of practice Qualifications: * 1 Year Proven work experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) * Caring and compassionate personality * Dementia/Alzheimer's Training is a PLUS * Must have a phone or a way to communicate with the office daily * Must be able to arrive at cases at the required time * Must be able to follow the care plan written in the home * Proof of a Two Step PPD (TB) is a PLUS * Clean driving record Apply Now!
