Field Service Coordinator (18-0100*) - Full-time / Part-time

ACProducts, Inc. (ACPI), is looking for a Field Service Coordinator. ACPI is a leading manufacturer and distributor of kitchen and bath cabinets throughout the United States under the Echelon Cabinetry, Advanta Cabinets, Serenade, and Smart Cabinetry brand names. Echelon was developed for homebuilders, dealers, distributors, and remodelers; Advanta, for multifamily new and remodel projects; Serenade for semi-custom high-end cabinetry dealers. Smart Cabinetry excels in meeting the needs of the multifamily, single-family tract, and institutional housing development markets. ACPI operates out of three manufacturing facilities and produces both framed and frameless cabinets and provides design and installation services in all major metropolitan markets in the United States. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Shared responsibility for quality and cost effective installations. * Process layouts, prepare orders and give information to Customer Service Representatives, Installers, Sales, and appropriate personnel. * Schedule delivery, dispersal, install, and service work as necessary. * Develop and maintain effective business relationships with building superintendents, installers, and other contractors. * Cover, assist, and train in other areas. * Support efforts by all members of the ACPI Team to continuously improve departmental, and company performance. * Ensure accuracy of installer invoice as compared to budgeted cost. * Provide customer service and resolve any problems, as necessary. * Additional projects or duties, as assigned. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: * Will work with appropriate sales, field personnel and customer service staff in region. * Reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager. EXTERNAL INTERFACE: * Reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager. * Employee will interface with Customers, Outside Contractors, Suppliers, and other Industry groups. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: * High School Diploma/GED required. * 3+ years of field experience (i.e., cabinet installation, service, order entry and delivery scheduling, and managing subcontractors). * Ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with building superintendents and subcontractors; * Computer skills including Microsoft products. * Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
