Customer Service Representative (Tulsa) - Full-time / Part-time

Bill Knight Collision Repair is looking for an energetic & detail-oriented individual at our Tulsa location. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone * Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties * Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires * Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise * Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying * Maintain office supplies for specific location REQUIREMENTS: * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Experience using Microsoft Office suite * Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously * Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check BENEFITS: * Competitive pay package * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance * Paid holidays & vacation time EEO employer and drug free workplace.
