The brand has more than a hundred locations across the US open, with another 300 in development. CycleBar facilities are equipped with custom bikes, state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems, concierge-level services, and amenities to provide riders of all ages and fitness levels with a-quality, immersive fitness experience. The Director of Retail will be responsible for overseeing all retail sales operations, coordination and merchandising support between Corporate and it s Franchises. Responsibilities: * Manage and enhance the company s brand and reputation in the marketplace through retail that appropriately compliments the brand identity * Ensure brand consistency * Collaborate with vendors for product development * Manage stock levels of all retail and merchandise * On board all Franchise Studios with Pre Sale/Soft Opening packages * Resell all retail and merchandise to Franchise Studios * Drive profitable retail sales through brand growth awareness and merchandising * Responsible for driving retail revenue and profitability of all CycleBar studios * Work with studio owners to plan and execute new studio openings, including retail merchandising logistics, marketing initiatives and opening day event planning * Manage the merchandising of retail product at studio locations, and providing guidance and expertise in placement, flow, color, and organization to maximize retail sales * Create Retails Sales Training/ Retail Sales 101 Manual for new Franchise owners * Provide strategic training to all new General Managers during monthly GM training on how to merchandise and drive in-studio retail profits * Coach franchise owners on how to train their studio staff to effectively sell retail in conjunction with Club membership/packages * Inventory management through gym management software (ClubReady or MindBody) * Serve as point of contact and liaison between Franchise owners and Corporate Requirements: * Strong retail sales management experience, preferably with an athleisure or lifestyle brand * Supervisory or management experience preferred * 5-10 years of experience * Must be available to work full-time, onsite at our HQ in Costa Mesa, remote work will not be permitted Benefits: * Medical, dental, vision insurance * 401K * Vacation, Sick Leave and Paid Holidays * Casual and modern and open work environment * Free fitness workshops * Stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, beverages and healthy (and some unhealthy) snacks * Join a growing fitness franchise
