BENEFITS: * Hourly plus monthly bonus 30k to 36k a year. * Major Medical, Dental, Vision * 401K * Vacation pay RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for handling inbound and outbound service calls to book appointments * Identify customer needs or concerns accurately * Responsible for making outbound follow-up CSI calls to recent service department customers * Oversee CRM databases for communication cycles with customers * Educate self on latest service & product offerings, including special pricing/offers * Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers * Handle all incoming internet chats and internet mobile text leads * Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner * Prepared to interact with customers via phone calls every day (similar to call center processes) * Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet * Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately REQUIREMENTS: * Automotive experience preferred but not required * Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures. * Must be able to work a 5 day work week including every other weekend and some night shifts. * Promptly and accurately enter all new customer data into the CRM. * Good verbal and written communication skills * Must be comfortable making 65+ outbound calls daily * Ability to follow scripts and handle objections over the phone * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment * Self-motivated and goal oriented * Positive team player * We are an equal opportunity employer.
