Honda, Nissan, and Kia is currently seeking a full-time Internet BDC rep to assist in day-to-day phone operations of our busy organic leads only Business Development Center. Our Business Development Center is centralized in our Corporate office in Simi Valley Ca. Responsibilities will include makingout-bound campaign calls, meeting monthly objectives, follow-up customer satisfaction calls, and other exciting marketing campaign initiative tasks! We are currently working over two thousand leads per month and we need help. Must have a passion for process and organization with excellent phone skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team environment. Being one of the largest automotive groups in Ventura County, we offer hourly wage plus competitive commission and bonus plan, excellent benefits package for full-time employees, and an opportunity for advancement. Responsibilities: * Respond to internet inquiries and sales calls with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism. * Answer online chats from our website. * Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM Dealer Socket. * Generate sales appointments for customers to meet with Senior Management. * Conduct phone surveys to assess customer wants and needs. * Effectively utilize lead management tools. * Work our VIP Lease Retention list provided by Dealer Socket Revenue Radar and Auto Alert. * Learn and have full knowledge of manufacturer brands, models, features, options, etc * Must be comfortable making 100+ outbound follow-up calls to our prospects daily. * Provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Day to day duties: Outbound calls, email marketing, scheduling appointments for customers to come in and meet with Sr. Sales Managers, appointment confirmation calls (CAFUs), appointment \"no-show\" follow-up calls (NOFUs), unsold Floor Traffic calls (USTs), showed appointment Follow Up Calls (SAFUs), postal mail communications.
