Warehouse Supervisor

Position Description:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for working in conjunction with the General Manager to manage waste loads moving in and out of the facility. This position is internally known as a Truck-to-Truck Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all time
• Day-to-day planning, transfer coordination and execution of proper paperwork for Truck to Truck drum management.
• Monitors and insures that all key deadlines are met and proper follow-up is implemented to insure proper drum transfer compliance requirements; ten (10) day compliance periods.
• Communication to proper management on issues related to compliance, DOT and other issues that could impact the business and compliance.

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years related supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of industry related experience.
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
