JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Qualified Caregiver, you will be joining a team responsible for all aspects of providing care and assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living, which may include, but are not limited to:

Bathing, Shower Assistance
Hair, Oral & Skin Care
Dressing, Bathroom Assistance
Transfer/Ambulation
Light Housekeeping
Meal Preparation
Medication Management
Social Activities

Home Care Aide ( HCA ) registration with the Home Care Services Bureau ( HCSB )
1+ year of professional caregiving experience OR C.N.A./H.H.A. certified
Forms of ID compliant with Form I-9 requirements (e.g. driver s license, state ID, passport, social security card, birth certificate, etc.)
CPR card
Recent TB test (within 90 days of HCA or Chest X-ray)
Physical Exam (within last 12 months)
2+ professional caregiving references from supervisors
A positive attitude and big smile
