Each Window Genie location is locally owned and operated by franchise partners who are dedicated to improving the look and value of homes and small businesses in their communities. We re looking for both experienced & new technicians for Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing to start immediately! Responsibilities: * Clean windows (up to 2-stories), pressure wash and clean gutters * Provide excellent customer service * Maintain working condition of equipment Qualifications: * Ability to handle physical workload, must be able to lift at least 50 pounds * Must feel comfortable working with ladders * Strong attention to detail * Strong organizational skills * Strong verbal communication * Reliable transportation to Belmont, CA 94002 * Ability to work flexible hours and mornings (Monday Friday) * Valid California Driver's License (no accidents and 1 or less points) * Ability to pass background check * Willingness to learn & work hard Compensation & Benefits: * Medical(MEC), Dental, Vision and Life Insurances and More! * Our crew members earn $500-$800 per week (depending on performance) when on Bonus Plan + Tips * Paid Training * Referral Bonuses
